Job Description
THE COMPANY :

- This subsidiary : overseas direct investment including but not limited to overseas properties development, hotel & airline investment etc focus in Eastern Europe
- We are looking for INVESTMENT MANAGER – with details as follows :
- Lead the investment team in search for targets in compliance with the investment strategy of the Company
- Lead the investment team to carry out on-site investigation, due diligence, feasibility study and propose participation plans; put forward valuation proposals, formulate and optimize investment plans, and make due reports to the board of directors and the parent company
- Instruct and coordinate third-party advisors to conduct accounting, taxation and legal due diligence
- Manage portfolio companies, monitor the performance of portfolio companies, conduct performance assessment regularly, plan for post-acquisition management and exit, and participate in the optimization of investment policies and procedures
- Assess the results of investment and maintain good relationship with the capital market
- Develop and maintain investment management information system of group companies
- Master degree and above in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 8 years relevant work experience preferably with investment banks, PE funds or investment departments of group companies
- Solid knowledge in finance, preferably CPA, CFA, FRM or other related certifications
- Rich experience with cross-border M&A transactions
- Familiar with legal, accounting and taxation of the EU
- Experience with investments in real estate, hospitality, consumer products, manufacturing, infrastructure, sports, media and civil aviation preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good command of English & Chinese language, both verbally and in writing
- Strong knowledge of MS Office programs, particularly Excel
- Team working spirit
- Open to frequent or long-term business travel to Eastern Europe especially Czech Republic
