Job Description
- Support the Vice-President(s) throughout the lifecycle of M&A projects including: screening, origination, leading execution, closing, post-acquisition
- Mainly in charge of the analysis of M&A targets and drafting of internal reports including financial analysis, modeling and valuation
- Contribute to the development of the relationships (including meetings) with external parties such as banks, law firms, audit firms
- Reporting to supervisor(s), and provide Analyst(s) with support when necessary.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint).
- Be a team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Demonstrate good attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a changing environment.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is a must, both reading and writing.
