The incumbent is responsible for assisting the day-to-day purchasing activities according to the Company policy & procedures and providing administrative support to the department.

Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate and liaise with authorized vendors / suppliers for the price, stock availability and lead time for production & delivery
• Assist in preparing the product specification & requirements with respective departments
• Work closely with all suppliers and follow up complaints
• Handle invoice and deal with price discrepancy
• Maintain in-house database and organize the filing system
• Ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Form 6 or above
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in purchasing / procurement
• Experience in Food & Beverage is preferable
• High initiatives, self-motivated and can work independently
• Effective communication and organization skills
• Good command of both written & spoken English & Chinese
• Computer literate and proficient in MS Application
