Responsibilities:

•   Execute financial advisory undertakings, IPO's and equity fund raising activities;
•   Advise clients on corporate finance and compliance matters;
•   Prepare pitching documents such as proposals and information memorandum; and
•   Assess potential deals and explore new business opportunities by market research, valuation analysis and financial modeling. 

The Candidate should have the following :

•   University degree in Accounting / Business / Finance or related discipline;
•   At least 2 years of working experience from investment banks, auditing firms or professional firms;
•   Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
•   Able to work independently and under pressure;
•   Be responsible, self-motivated, organized and meticulous; and
•   Good initiative and people skills capable to work in a team environment.
