Senior Customer Service & Dealing Officer– Customer Service & Dealing Department
Synergy Futures Limited

Responsibilities:
- Handle account opening and assist on KYC review
- Handle daily incoming calls and email/instant messenger enquries from clients
- Facilitate daily dealing administrations and prepare related documents
- Perform risk monitoring
- Execute Hong Kong and overseas futures and options orders
- Handle other ad-hoc projects and assignments as required
Requirements:
- Degree or above in Finance, Economics or Computer Science related disciplines
- Preferably with 1-2 years or above dealing experience in brokerage firms
- Fresh graduates will also be considered
- Holder of or eligible to apply for the SFC RA2 license
- Familiar with Esunny trading system is an advantage
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, able to multi-task with good problem solving skills
- Willing to work on morning/afternoon/night shift and on Hong Kong public holidays
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Customer Service & Dealing Officer
