Responsibilities:

•         Handle account opening and assist on KYC review
•         Handle daily incoming calls and email/instant messenger enquries from clients
•         Facilitate daily dealing administrations and prepare related documents
•         Perform risk monitoring
•         Execute Hong Kong and overseas futures and options orders
•         Handle other ad-hoc projects and assignments as required

Requirements:

•         Degree or above in Finance, Economics or Computer Science related disciplines
•         Preferably with 1-2 years or above dealing experience in brokerage firms
•         Fresh graduates will also be considered
•         Holder of or eligible to apply for the SFC RA2 license
•         Familiar with Esunny trading system is an advantage
•         Good communication and negotiation skills
•         Detail-oriented, proactive, able to multi-task with good problem solving skills
•         Willing to work on morning/afternoon/night shift and on Hong Kong public holidays
•         Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
•         Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Customer Service & Dealing Officer
