Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the routine operation and maintenance of the facilities and systems in the Company building and various outlets, both in Hong Kong and overseas
• Manage the technical team as well as maintenance vendors and consultants
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems
• Coordinate office relocation and review renovation plans and specifications
• Manage installation, modification, rectification & renovation works
• Oversee construction and renovation projects to improve efficiency and to ensure that facilities meet environmental, health, and security standards, and comply with government regulations
• Work closely with related parties on renovation projects and coordinate with vendors to ensure project completion within timeframe
• Maintain access right system to ensure office and outlet security
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering / Occupational Health and Safety / Facilities Management or other related disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years relevant experience, of which 3 years are at supervisory / managerial level.
• Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Grade B is a plus.
• Good command in written & spoken in English & Chinese, Mandarin is a plus
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and AutoCAD
• Mature, analytical, well-organized and proactive
• Good communication, interpersonal and people management skills
• Sincere, responsible, detail oriented and with good liaison skills
• Must be able to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment under stress to meet deadlines
