Responsibilities:

• To explore new business opportunities
• To build and expand the business relationships with key customers
• To understand and support customer’s needs and requirements
• To update and analyze market information and formulate sales plans
• To develop and implement marketing activities to achieve sales target
• To follow up sales activities
• To follow up sales deliveries

Requirements:

• Good in sales experience, at least 5 years experience in building and construction industry
• Capable to handle sales activities (from pre-sales to after-sales) individually with minimum supervision.
  
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, aggressive, outgoing, hardworking and able to work under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese 
• With relevant customer network would be an advantage
