Job Duties:

1. As the Assistant Front Office Manager, one should act as the bridge between the front and the back office. While coordinating the operation, you will also ensure that all guests experience a fantastic stay.
2. Manages and motivates the Front Office team in order to provide a high standard of service for customers.
3. Develops high quality relationships with guests throughout their stay.
4. Oversee and supervises guest arrivals and departures with the Front Office Manager and Guest Service Managers.
5. Handles any guest complaints or contentious issues that cannot be settled directly by team members and provides a fast solution.
6. Review arrival list for all arrivals and VIPs to check room allocations, amenities and special requests.

Requirments:

1. Degree holder or above in Hotel management.
2. Min 6 years experience in hotel industry.
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills
4. People & guest service-oriented
5. Proficiency in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
6. Familiar with PMS and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
