Job Description

A major Data Center in Hong Kong is seeking a System Support / Data Center Support to join the Technical Support Team. Flexibility on work location:

Data Center Support /System Support - Permanent

Responsibilities:

To team up with Technical team to provide support services .
Monitor the data center facilities and network infrastructure
Implementation & Maintenance works

Requirements:

Diploma holder or above in computer, science or information technology
2 - 6 years of technical support / support experience from data center environment or system support.
Hands on knowledge in TCP/IP and network troubleshooting
Experience with hardware such as routers and switches
Fluency in Chinese and English
Willing to work on shift.
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Sr. Data Center Support

Data Center Operator - Permanent

Responsibilities :

Provide daily Data Center system support and administration;
Monitor the data center facilities and infrastructure.

Requirements:

Diploma or above in Computer science or related disciplines
1-7 yrs experience in Data Center Operation or System Support
Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
Willing to work on shift
