Responsibilities

• Carry Application Support responsibility on FX and bullion trading platforms
• Release or deployment of Applications
• Manage incidents, issues and requests from Help Desk, businesses, and client escalation
• Maintain environment availability facilitating client activities
• Work across many teams in business and technology spaces

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience supporting a 24x7 Commercial product
• Experience with managing incidents and customer requests, troubleshooting LAN / WAN
• Ability to work, learn, and thrive in a fast-paced environment and to work independently
• Experience supporting including
• 1. Trading system in FX and Bullion
  2. Price feed system
  3. Windows, CentOS, AIX or RedHat Linux distributions
  4. Application services (Web / Client-server / Messaging)
  5. Monitoring operations of trading platforms
  6. Databases (SQL server, mySQL & Oracle)
• Good working production knowledge of FX and Bullion market workflows or any exposure to Broker / Dealers
