One of Hong Kong's Tier 1 international companies is now looking for a Network & VM Infrastructure Lead to support their daily operations and expanding business. 

Principal Responsibilities:

- Responsible for network project deliverables for team members

- Will be integral to developing and improving incident and change management within the networking and virtualization engineering space

- Lead network team in technical design, planning, and in efficiently delivering within assigned assigned responsibilities on time, on budget and with high quality

- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and best practices

- Work across business units and technology teams to ensure IT infrastructure is aligned with the strategic roadmap 

Major Requirements:

- Bachelor degree in any related discipline

- 8+ years working experience in IT infrastructure

- Experienced in Linux, Windows server, Network and Virtualization (VMware ESXi)

- Exposure in Cloud technologies will be an advantage

- Proficient communication skills in both Chinese and English

- Ambitious, analytical mind-set and a can-do attitude with strong communication skills
