Job Description
Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for the operation of network and computer systems according to operation procedure
- Responsible for helpdesk logistics and support
- Assist in end-user support services
Job Requirements:
- Secondary Graduate, Higher Diploma or equivalent in Information Technology is preferred
- Minimum 5 years working experience in IT related field
- Experience in Windows support, hardware/software & network support
- Experience in helpdesk call handling and client support
- Good communications skill and self-motivated
