The role provides the opportunity to support and re-engineer the process design, evaluation, implementation, maintenance and production support of the HRIS systems used.

The Job

• Support the Project manager on full lifecycle implementation of SAP SuccessFactors and relevant HR systems – Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Central, Time Off and PMGM modules.
• Act as the functional and technical subject expert on deployment and integration across different entities
• Responsible for gathering user requirements, perform UAT, documentation, go-live preparation and post-implementation support.
• Liaise with different stakeholders, including HR, IT and external vendors to work out technical solutions and manage system performance
• Proactively recommend innovative IT solutions to address business needs and increase employee user experience

Requirements

• Degree holder in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in HRIS implementation is a must
• Ability to translate business requirements (HR processes, procedures and policies) into clear workflows enabled by effective systems
• Experience with SAP/SuccessFactors or other HR system solutions
• Experience in project and vendor management
• Excellent communication, interpersonal & analytical skills
• Good command of written and spoken English & Cantonese
