Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform desktop, server and infrastructure maintenance, support and troubleshooting; coordinate with vendors for hardware/ software maintenance
- Coordinate between the company and external vendors and contractors about IT-related infrastructure and development
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to end user on both hardware, software, and computer services
- Day to day operation and backup include troubleshooting & administration
- Prepare functional & technical documentation and relevant reports
- Perform I.T. department job duties assigned by senior
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years' experience in IT related technical support
- Familiar with Microsoft Windows, Server, Microsoft Office and Windows Application
- Good knowledge of TCP/IP, VMWare, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Firewall, Network Infrastructure, Phone System
- Self-motivated team player, working independently with positive attitude, willing to work under pressure and overtime
- Good communication skills
- Good Command in written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
