Job Responsibility:

• Coordinate platform release with respective correspondence and monitor the testing process for the testing team
• Ensure UAT tests are conducted according to time and internal compliance and governance standard
• Provide regular updates to senior management team on the progress of development and testing
• Organize meetings, take meeting notes and keep proper records to facilitate release and test planning
• Support the overall development and enhancements of Actionable Intelligence platform and workflows, Surveillance Risk Datamart, Surveillance Profiles, Actionable Intelligence Triggers, with the objective to continuously enhance Commercial Banking frontline's user experience and the system's effectiveness as an opportunity and risk identifier

Job Requirement:

• Highly organized individual, strong in project management area, prior experience in managing User Acceptance Test processes and working in Agile, Scrum projects
• Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, familiar with project, collaboration tools such as JIRA, Sharepoint and Confluence
• Understanding of Commercial Banking operations and frontline processes would be advantageous
