Responsibilities:

• Responsible for day to day accounting duties including cash management, payment processing and follow up outstanding invoices and suppliers’ statements.
• Handle Account Receivable and Account Payable and perform bank reconciliation.
• Assist in preparing month-end closing activities and generate various management reports.
• Support ad-hoc projects / tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• LCCI Higher or related discipline with 1 year working experience in commercial field.
• Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Proactive and demonstrate as a good team player.
• Detail minded, independent with strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure.
• High proficiency in computer applications, particularly in Microsoft Office and experience of using ERP or enterprise accounting.
• Immediately available is preferred.

Recent graduates with internship experience and passion on accounting will also be considered.
