Duties and Responsibilities:

• To handle full set of accounts;
• Be responsible for daily routine accounting duties, including the month end closing, accounts receivable, accounts payable and financial analysis;
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, budget, forecast and consolidation package;
• Assist in preparing group management financial reports;
• Liaise with external auditors, bankers and tax advisers;
• Handle ad hoc tasks and assignments duties as required.

Requirements:

• University graduate in Accounting / Finance or related disciplines with professional accounting qualification is highly preferable
• 4-5 years' relevant work experience in audit firm and/or sizable company, solid experience in listed company is definitely an advantage;
• Proficient in MS Windows, Excel, Word.  Knowledge in Flex and HFM system is preferable;
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English (Mandarin is a plus);
• Strong numeric sense, attentive to details, well organized and able to meet tight deadlines;
• Good team player, responsible and pleasant;
• Occasional travel to the PRC will be required;
• Immediately available is highly preferred.
