Our Transaction and Valuation Advisory Services team comprises professionals from various disciplines and is experienced in advising on domestic and cross-border transactions. We take on the role of an in-house corporate finance team for companies to support their needs in acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures and strategic alliances. We offer the flexibility of customizing our services to suit their needs for different stages of transactions. 

Responsibilities:

• Perform business, intangible asset, financial instrument and other types of valuations for transaction, financial and tax reporting purposes.
• Write valuation reports and memos, and reports or articles of other financial, analytical projects.
• Participate in discussions or meetings with clients and audit teams for resolving any relevant valuation issues.
• Assistant Manager / Senior Consultant shall lead the review of valuations prepared by other valuers as an internal support to the firm’s audit teams.
• Assist in developing training materials and service proposals.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years' relevant working experience in the corporate finance or valuation advisory services team of an international audit firm / appraisal firm for the role of Assistant Manager, and 3+ years for Senior Consultant. Candidates from audit team with valuation review experience will also be considered. 
• Less experienced candidates may be considered for the position of Consultant.
• A professional qualification in Accounting, Finance or Valuation such as CPA, CFA, FRM, and CVA will be a definite asset.
• Strong English and business writing skills a must.
• Detail-minded with strong research and analytical skills.
• Strong presentation, interpersonal and communication (both English and Mandarin) skills.
