Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparation of annual budget, rolling forecast and 10-year financial projection of the Corporation;
• Assist in tracking of monthly management reporting and Key Performance Indicators (KPI), with financial and business analysis;
• Participate in annual audit; liaise with auditors, other professionals, and regulators to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Assist in preparation of Board/Commitment papers for quarterly financial result;
• Assist in the development of financial models and project evaluation for management decision
• Participate in the rollout of the accounting system upgrade and system automation to improve operation efficiency and internal controls
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor or management

Requirements:-

• Qualified Accountant with University Degree majoring in Accounting or equivalent;
• With a minimum of 6 years’ relevant working experience, preferably with audit and system implementation exposure and property management accounting experience;
• Well-versed in computerized accounting system and reporting tools;
• Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Self-motivated with strong analytical and problem solving skills, willing to work under pressure with minimum supervision;
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Finance Manager
