Responsibilities:

Responsible for the preparation of consolidation reports and financial statements, the preparation of management and analysis reports, ad-hoc projects and assignments (funds and capital raising, M&A, etc.), and managing taxation affairs, etc.

Requirements:

- Degree holder in accounting and finance with accounting qualification of ACCA/HKICPA or equivalent

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sizable CPA firms and 3 years of relevant experience in commercial fields, familiar with Real Estate Industry is preferred

- Group consolidation experience is a must

- Familiar with accounting standards and statutory requirements

- Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, detailed-oriented and independent

- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

- Computer knowledge is required, preferably with knowledge of Chinese input
