  • Assist on Finance & Admin works (Control and manage on office supplies and stationery)
  • Follow up on A/R and HR with operations department
  • Facilitate on collect quotation for all purchasing office equipment (fixed assets)
  • Responsible on front desk (customer service, welcome guest and pick up phone call and transfer)
  • Assist to contact all relevant ministry to update on document renewal such as Patent Tax, Tourism License and other application by due date
  • Consolidate cash in and cash out
  • Assist ticketing department if needed

 Job Requirement 

  • Bookkeeping is a must on accounting skill
  • At least 5 years experiences on Finance & Admin department
  • Understand on accounting cycle
  • Knowledge about tax declaration (Tax Obligation)
  • Other admin tasks are required
  • Good English proficiency for both speaking and writing
  • Knowledge about Internet, email communication (Outlook, Accounting System Quick Book, Peachtree, Microsoft Office)
