Job Description:

1. Responsible for making cash flow reports and the funding plans every month
2. Responsible for supervising the amount, schedule and balance of cash payment of all the operations
3. Responsible for making the funding analysis report and the management of the funding indicators
4. Responsible for the preliminary examination of the bank reconciliation and the clearance of unreconciled accounts
5. Responsible for the maintenance and monitoring of the funding management system, and liaising with the advisers
6. Responsible for the auditing and examinations of basic management for all kinds of funding
7. Responsible for making relevant rules and regulations in compliance with internal control principles
8. Perform other ad-hoc projects and assignments as required.

Qualifications required:

1. Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or equivalent professional qualifications;
2. Member of recognized accounting professional bodies, e.g. HKICPA/ACCA;
3. At least 5 years auditing and accounting experience, especially in area of funding management, with experience acquired in listed companies is preferred;
4. Enterprise systems knowledge such as Oracle & Hyperion HFM is highly desirable;
5. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel skills and other Microsoft office software;
6. Good teamwork skills, self-motivated, capable to handle tight timeline and able to work under pressure;
7. Good command of both spoken and written in English and Chinese.
