Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop proposals for both existing and potential productivity or efficiency improvement, opportunities for consideration and approval by, or in collaboration with, the Top Management and respective stakeholders
• Report to senior management and support the implementation of developing  and implementation of the new ideas / new projects that could help for the growth of the business / company
• Work with internal stakeholders / business leaders on their needs and assist them to deliver the projects / goals
• Assist leaders to think of innovative ideas as to improve efficiency, process, image, and competitiveness
• Keep abreast of new ideas on the latest approach in the market

Requirements: 

• University degree in Finance / Accounting.  MBA educated is definitely an asset
• At least 5 years’ experience in sizable commercial organization in internal audit, corporate compliance, business advisory, or accounting and finance.  With experiences in Hong Kong listed company is preferred
• An ability to define processes necessary to get things done, knows how to organize people and activities, and can identify opportunities for synergy and integration.
• Self-motivated, innovative, independent and able to work under pressure
• Excellent communication, analytical, organizing and management skills with creative mind
• Great Chinese and English writing skills
• Proficient in both spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Familiar with MS Office
