We are looking for an individual to be responsible for our church fundraising effort administration and processing of funds and provide assistance to the Executive Director.

Responsibilities

Execute donor care and servicing including inputting data and processing donations, issuing receipts, handling inquiries.

Maintain and update donor database and filing of related documentation.

Issue donations statements.

Follow up with donor pledges, giving and outstanding payments.

Compile statistical reports, analysis and presentations.

Coordinate marketing, fundraising and lead generation programs to achieve donor engagement.

Assist in committees meetings preparation and scheduling.

Conduct research and build knowledge of new and potential commercial, industry and government real estate sites in Hong Kong to support the building search.

Provide executive assistance to the executive director for schedule management, meeting arrangements, expenses reporting etc.

Requirements

The candidate should hold a degree holder in Business administration / management // Corporate Finance // Accounting or related disciplines with 3 years solid experience working in the accounting field or fundraising project.

A keen eye for detail, great level of data manipulation accuracy and high sense of discretion and confidentiality are essential.

Proficiency in Ms Excel (pivot tables), charts design, Ms PowerPoint and relation database analysis are required. 

Fluency in English. Cantonese Language would be beneficial but not required.

Customer oriented with good communication, writing and presentation skills.

Must be well organized and able to multi task.

Experience in non profit organization is a plus.
