Duties:

• Supporting the Finance Department in data processing, reports, month-end closing, G/L;
• Assisting in AP, AR, reporting and forecasting;
• Checking Invoices, Accounting related documents;
• Ensure timeliness and accuracy of payment and receipt records; 

Requirements:

• Diploma graduate in Accounting or above
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English. Fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
• Mature and a good team player
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to learn, sensitive to figure and detail-minded
• Fresh Graduate will also be considered
