Job Description

Responsibilities: 

  • Handle daily accounting functions, maintain proper accounting records. 
  • Prepare accounting routine works including invoicing, accounting entries posting, payment and fund transfer, purchase orders, receipt and filing etc;
  • Work closely with company accountant in preparing  regular accounts and reporting, including sales reporting, inventory reporting, analysis reports, P&L and balance sheet. 
  • Provide administrative support and handle clerical work to the team
  • Follow up on purchase of stocks, materials and maintain office supplies.
  • Involved in stock taking, warehouse management and order delivery.
  • Assist customer services and support. Perform data analysis on sales performance, client information, product sales and market trends.
  • Handle any ad-hoc projects and administrative duties as assigned. 

 

Requirements: 

  • Form 7 or above
  • Minimum 2 years of accounting experience 
  • Experience in using accounting system, e.g MYOB is preferred 
  • Attention to details, organise, eager to learn 
  • Good software knowledge on Microsoft Office - word and excel 
  • Good organization skills, attention to details and analytical. 
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, able to work independently and under pressure to meet occasional tight schedules. 
  • Immediate available or short notice is highly preferred

要求:

  • 中七或以上程度。
  • 2年的會計經驗。
  • 使用會計系統的經驗,e.g. MYOB。
  • 細心,組織力強,勇於學習及接受工作挑戰。
  • 良好的Microsoft Office軟件知識 - word和excel。
  • 良好的組織能力,對細節的細心和分析。
  • 自我激勵,虛心學習,能夠獨立工作並有能力處理緊急情況的工作。
  • 可即時上班為優先。
