Responsibilities

• Provide implementation support to ERP system users of the following functions-

1. Accounting
2. Sales
3. Procurement
4. Warehousing
5. Project accounting

• To provide logical and 'best practice' solutions for users based on best practices
• Analyse, design and provide solutions to meet customer specifications that improves their existing workflow and processes
• To understand users' existing workflow and 'desired' ERP system requirements
• Provide post implementation support to ERP system users.
• To provide documentation for project implementation purposes, such as user manual, requirements documentations and process workflow documents.
• Develop and demonstrate a high level of ethics, care for client and customers that can meet or exceed expectations
• 5 days work week, Monday to Friday
• 9am to 6pm working hours

Requirements

• Candidate to be a local HONG KONG citizen
• Must have excellent interpersonal and communications skills in customer relations
• Good knowledge of business operations in distribution, trading, and/or manufacturing
• Experience working in Enterprise software process solutions would be good
• Candidates that are well versed in operational processes can apply
• Good English & Chinese communication skills- in the form of writing and in speech is expected
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Kwun Tong area
• Preferably junior Executives specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
