Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for accounts payable duties, including vouchering, journals input, daily payment & receipts, bank reconciliations etc.
- Handle communication and reconciliation with suppliers for payment
- Provide clerical support to the department
- Any other ad-hoc tasks from seniors
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Accounting or equivalent discipline
- 1-2 years accounting experience, experience in retail industry is preferred
- Proficiency with experience in MYOB, MS office application, Chinese Word Processing
- Proactive with good facilitation and presentation skill
- Immediately available is highly preferred
