Responsibilities:

• Responsible for end-to-end Recruitment Cycle in all openings
• Work closely and independently with Line Managers to understand the hiring needs and requirement
• Keep abreast of the latest hiring trends and channels, provide prompt recommendations and recruitment plan to ensure manpower pipelines
• Compile Analysis Report for Management’s review, i.e. Turnover Rate Report
• Support the development and implementation of HR strategic initiatives
• Provide training administrative support including course enrollment management
• Maintain an up-to-date employee training record
• Handle applications regarding to company education support policies and schemes
• Support ad-hoc Human Resources projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Related discipline
• Possess of 3 -5 years relevant working experience in Recruitment, preferably with customer-centric and fast-paced industries
• Proactive, detail-minded, self-motivated and with strong presentation and negotiation skills
• A good team-player who possess positive mind-set with strong time-management skills
• Passionate in Talent Development and Retention
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
• Candidates with more experience would be considered as Senior Officer
• Immediate Available would be an added advantage
