Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle Human Resources (HR) and Admin duties including recruitment, expatriate administration, staff engagement, manage office equipment & materials, etc.
- Manage travel arrangement, insurance, medical and leave issues of staff members
- Responsible for updating staff handbook, policy & procedure, and organize staff activities
- Maintain accurate staff information, and records in company’s internal system
- Prepare reports & filing, and take up ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Higher diploma or degree in HR management or related disciplines
- 1 - 2 years' relevant experience in HR & Admin, fresh graduates are welcomed
- Well versed in HK employment ordinance, staff and HR related ordinances
- Strong communication skills with fluent speaking and writing in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficiency in Mac company, MS Office application such as Word, Excel & Chinese Word processing
- Positive, true team player, open-minded and possess a strong sense of responsibility
- Attention to details, well-organized and independent
