• Provide support for full spectrum of human resources function including payroll administration, compensation and benefits, recruitment and selection and leave administration etc., for local and oversea staffs;
• Update and maintain HR database and employment records
• Assist company events and staff activities
• Manage travel arrangements including flights schedules, hotels and visa application
• Assist in all round office administration including but not limited to relocation, procurement of office equipment and office supplies, filing, office equipment maintenance, and stationeries and pantry’s supplies etc
• Follow up new staff on-boarding arrangement, probation evaluation;
• Assist in any ad hoc projects and company events as assigned.
