Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, performance management and employee relations etc.;
- Handle payroll, MPF administration, EC case and all HR projects such as salary review & benchmarking;
- Formulate and implement the HR policies and procedures and to ensure in compliance with the local labour law;
- Deal with colleagues at all levels and liaise with relevant parties for striving excellence;
- Consolidate and analyze human resources statistics and information with conclusion and recommendations for management consideration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related discipline;
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in human resources management, preferably in food and beverage industry;
- Well-versed in employment ordinance, MPF & other HR-related Ordinances;
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
- Self-motivated, independent and well-organized;
- Able to work under pressure and dynamic environment;
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Human Resources Manager.
