Responsibilities:

• Perform full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, performance management and employee relations etc.;
• Handle payroll, MPF administration, EC case and all HR projects such as salary review & benchmarking;
• Formulate and implement the HR policies and procedures and to ensure in compliance with the local labour law;
• Deal with colleagues at all levels and liaise with relevant parties for striving excellence;
• Consolidate and analyze human resources statistics and information with conclusion and recommendations for management consideration.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related discipline;
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in human resources management, preferably in food and beverage industry;
• Well-versed in employment ordinance, MPF & other HR-related Ordinances;
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
• Self-motivated, independent and well-organized;
• Able to work under pressure and dynamic environment;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Human Resources Manager.
