Responsibilities:

• Responsible for controlling the inventory level within budget and ensure sufficient stock replenishment to meet sales demand.
• Handling new item launch procedure, included ingredient checking & usage calculation, POP & selling code creation, etc.
• Provide analysis of product promotion result and give necessary suggestion.
• Perform monthly stocktaking counted for preparing stock take report to Cost Control team.
• Work closed with Assistant Operations Manager/ Operations Manager to lead and motivate the sales team of bakery team to achieve budgeted sales target.
• To carry out supervisory duties inclusive of staffing, training and manpower planning.
• Ensure the delivery of excellent customer service according to SOP when introducing the food products to customers at counters.

Requirements:

• Tertiary education or above
• 3 years relevant supervisory experience in bakery industry and F&B field
• Detail minded, customer-oriented and strong problem solving skills
• Able to work independently, good leadership and coaching skill
• High proficiency in MS Office. Knowledge with SAP, Eatec and scale able is a plus
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
