Responsibilities/ Dimension of this Position:

To ensure all allocated clients are set up correctly and screening requests completed in accordance with clients’ service level agreements (SLAs) and client queries are answered accurately, completely and promptly ensuring adherence to RISQ Group’s standard operating procedures.

Create and on board client accounts

Liaison with the sales teams to assist in the conversion of opportunities to clients.

Liaison with client to ensure clients become advocates for RISQ screening solutions

Preparation and delivery of client business review/delivery reports

Meeting with client – Quarterly/Business Reviews with the client (via teleconference/face to face)

Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the employment screening process.

Proactively identify areas for improvements and make recommendation to the processes undertaken on a regular basis.

Other duties assigned by Manager / Associate Director
A successful candidate will have:

Minimum 2 years of experience handling clients (Client Case Manager role)

Superior written and spoken English and Chinese
-
Professional written and verbal communication skills

Superior time management, multi-tasking and organisational skills

Strong rapport building skills
-
A strong focus on accuracy and high attention to detail

Ability to work well either independently or as part of a team

Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure

Demonstrate a true spirit to serve when communicating with (internal and external) and candidates

Getting things right the first time and delivering to our clients with expertise and genuine caring

Maintain a high level of product and process knowledge such that Sterling RISQ's process and products can be explained to internal and external parties

Salary: Negotiable based on experience
Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 09:00 to 18:00
