Job Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and clerical support to Project/ Maintenance Team
• Assist in following up maintenance orders & reports
• Provide clerical support such as copy, scan, filing, data entry, update inventory record 
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Secondary Education or above
• Minimum 1 year of related practical experience
• Familiar with MS office and Chinese typing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, dynamic, work independent and responsible, mature
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese & Mandarin
• Able to work under pressure and result oriented
