Job Description

  • Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related disciplines.
  • At least 1-2 years related experience.
  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other related legislation in Hong Kong.
  • Responsible for full employment cycle for selected position, including but no limit to job advertisement posting, talent searching, interview arrangement & conducting, salary arrangement, offer making and employment contract preparation.
  • To administer employee related benefit of the Agency including enrollment and involve in vendor sourcing on various employees' benefit.
  • Following up of training applications and enrollment.    
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Process.
  • Assist in ad-hoc project as assigned by the superior.
