Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide overall customer services and ensure timely delivery of goods in accordance to customers' requirements
- Handle customers' general enquiries and resolve customer complaints, if required
- Follow up booking, B/L, invoices and routing orders
Requirements:
- Diploma or 1 year relevant experience in shipping field
- Willing to learn & attend to details
- Relative educated in Transport Logistics Management is preferred
- Good command in both verbal and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
- Be familiar with PC skill
Working Location: Kwai Fong
