Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide full spectrum of office administration such as general administration, facilities management, vendor management, purchase and procurement, license renewal, courier services arrangement
- Work with teammates to ensure smooth office operations
- Responsible for filing and documentation tasks
- Responsible for office environment and cleanliness management
- Handle meeting room booking arrangement
- Handle internal customer administrative services requests
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Support receptionist duty such as greet visitors when necessary
Requirements:
- Diploma or University graduate with at least 3 years administrative support experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills in Putonghua, Cantonese and English (spoken & written)
- Customer-focus oriented
- Good presentation and telephone manner
- Mature, self-initiative, good team player
- Strong sense of responsibility, well organized, self-motivation and able to work independently under pressure
- Proficient in MS Office especially word, excel and powerpoint
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
