Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Policy Administration and Claims Department operates efficiently and effectively to achieve the company’s service standard and comply with internal / external regulations and requirements
• Develop and implement policy administration and claims policy, guidelines and standards
• Support the implementation of management strategies and objectives for the company
• Appoint as the Responsible Officer under the Insurance Authority
• Ad hoc assignment as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience in General Insurance, with at least 5 years in supervisory role
• Professional qualification in General Insurance field such as ACII, ANZIFF
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer centric minded, self-motivate and able to work under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
