職責：

• 跟進汽車保險投保申請文件;
• 支援服務熱線，處理客戶查詢;
• 與客戶建立良好關係;
• 協助準備每日報表;
• 協助經理處理其他日常運作事務.

職位要求：

• 熟悉電腦文書處理以及互聯網應用;
• 熟悉汽車行業或對汽車有濃厚興趣;
• 具備良好溝通技能及耐性;
  
• 擁有一般保險牌照者 (IIQE Paper 1 & 2);
• 擁有客戶服務相關經驗者(任何行業)優先。

Job Responsibilities:

• Follow up motor insurance application documents
• Support customer hotline, handle clients' enquiries
• Build up good relationship with clients
• Assist in preparation on Daily Report
• Perform any other duties, task oriented or administrative related as may be delegated by Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Good knowledge on Computer usage especially in MS Office & Internet Applications;
• Good knowledge in Motor Industry / Strong interest in Motor Cars;
• Patient and good communication skill;
• Possession of IIQE License for General Insurance would be an asset (IIQE Paper 1 & 2);
• Possession of any customer service experience in any disciplines would be an advantage.
