Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage telephone calls, enquiries and handle guest services;
- Monitor internal and external logistics of documents;
- Provide general administrative support Handle ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- F.5 or above (Fresh gradate is welcome);
- Pleasant telephone manner and good interpersonal skills;
- Good command of spoken Cantonese and English (knowing of Mandarin is an advantage);
- Familiar with PC operations (MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Chinese Word Processing);
- Immediate available is preferred.
