Requirements

• Diploma or above with minimum 2 years' experience in clerical or reception duties
• Good interpersonal skills for sound customer services, detail minded and professional telephone manner
• Responsible, Proactive, Energetic and pleasant personality
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Fluency in spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese is essential
• Immediate available highly preferred
