We are now seeking a high caliber candidate to join our expanding family with the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• Maintain close communication with internal & external parties to deliver smooth and effective operation. 
• To assist in liaison and negotiation with business partners to formulate business proposals and contracts
• Coordinate renovation, repair and maintenance and to ensure all related rules and regulations are met.
• Assist management on business development
• Follow up the execution and update development project
• Provide clerical and administration support
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree or High diploma holder with minimum 3 year administration or business development experience preferably in retail industry or sizable organization
• Self motivated with positive working attitude
• Good communication & interpersonal skills, able to work independently and under pressure
• Good PC skills (MS Word, Excel, Chinese WP)
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediately available is preferred
