Job Description
We are inviting high calibre candidates to apply for the following position in our Hong Kong office:
Responsibilities
- Perform full spectrum of Human Resources functions including Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits and Employee Relations;
- Support payroll and benefits administration in an accurate and timely manner, including preparing payroll administration, commission calculation, entering salary, overtime (OT) and annual leave data
- Prepare regular HR analytics reports and maintain employee records;
- Create and maintain employee data records and personnel documents;
- Support corporate social responsibility and employee engagement activities;
- Perform any ad hoc responsibilities as assigned by the management
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in HRM disciplines;
- Around 2 years of HR experience in Retail industry is an advantage;
- Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment and other related legislations;
- Strong team spirit with positive learning attitude and able to work under a fast-paced environment;
- Literate in Microsoft office application, in particular MS Excel;
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
- Immediate available is highly preferable
- Candidate with more experience shall be considered as Admin & HR Officer.
