Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will be a crucial part of the HR team that provide all round HR services

• Manage full spectrum of HR operation duties and works closely with internal clients on different HR operation process

• Manage full-cycle recruitment process, from screening on CVs to on boarding

• Responsible for C&B functions including monthly payroll process

• Work as a team to participate in any ad hoc projects (such as annual headcount budget, HR system sourcing & implementation, etc…)

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources / Business Management or related discipline

• At least 8 years of relevant experience in commercial field

• Excellent command of both spoken and written English

• Self-initiative, strong sense of urgency and accountability

• Well organized and detail-minded

• Enjoy work in fast paced environment

• Strive for continuous improvement and able to work independently

• A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills

• Proficient in MS Excel, Words and PowerPoint and Microsoft OS

• Less experience will be considered as Senior Human Resources Officer
