Responsibilities:

Handling customers’ enquiries

Coordinating events/ activities in Sales Operations Department

Preparing and analyzing sales reports

Responsible for daily operation, filing and data-entry

Assist with other tasks as assigned by Supervisor

Handling and organizing ad hoc projects

Job Requirements:

Higher Diploma or Degree holder of business administration or related equivalent

1-2 years working experience in administrative support

High proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing

Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin

Detail-minded, good communication and interpersonal skills

Strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
