Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for full range of Human Resources functions which include recruitment, payroll & MPF administration, tax filing, staff attendance management, compensation & benefits, etc
- Drive HR annual practice on performance management, salary review, market survey and benchmarking, etc
- Improve and update HR policies and procedures to ensure they are in legal compliance and in line with market practice
- Handle general office administration tasks including procurement of office supplies, office maintenance, etc
- Assist in other ad hoc assignment
Requirements:
- 3-4 years relevant working experience
- Good knowledge in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related ordinances
- Good team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Well-organized and good time management skills
- Hands-on computer skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
