Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for full range of Human Resources functions which include recruitment, payroll & MPF administration, tax filing, staff attendance management, compensation & benefits, etc
  • Drive HR annual practice on performance management, salary review, market survey and benchmarking, etc
  • Improve and update HR policies and procedures to ensure they are in legal compliance and in line with market practice
  • Handle general office administration tasks including procurement of office supplies, office maintenance, etc
  • Assist in other ad hoc assignment

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years relevant working experience
  • Good knowledge in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related ordinances
  • Good team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Well-organized and good time management skills
  • Hands-on computer skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
