Job Description

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Coordinate interview arrangements
  • Provide HR & Administrative support
  • Prepare employment contracts and human resources related letters
  • Prepare HR related reports and data analysis
  • Handle documentary filing including staff personal records and data
  • Provide support to ad hoc projects as assigned from time to time

 

Other Requirements:-

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline is preferable
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong computer skills especially with MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc
  • Good command of both Chinese & English
  • Able to work for 3 days per week
  • Undergraduates will also be considered
