Job Description
Key Responsibilities:-
- Coordinate interview arrangements
- Provide HR & Administrative support
- Prepare employment contracts and human resources related letters
- Prepare HR related reports and data analysis
- Handle documentary filing including staff personal records and data
- Provide support to ad hoc projects as assigned from time to time
Other Requirements:-
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline is preferable
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Strong computer skills especially with MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc
- Good command of both Chinese & English
- Able to work for 3 days per week
- Undergraduates will also be considered
