Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Individual professional with passion in end-to-end recruitment. This will be achieved through the development of PACTERA regional recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas.

The successful candidate will be working very closely with our Recruitment Team covering Asia Pacific. The Recruitment Team are based in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore.

He/She will be supporting the recruitment for PACTERA internal requirement as well as PACTERA's client’s requirements. You may be required to liaise directly with client as needed.

The (Senior) Recruitment Consultant will play a critical role in ensuring company are hiring the best talent for the right positions.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform research and understand job requirements well
  • Source for suitable candidates via networking, social media, advertising and referrals
  • Conduct interviews with candidates and assess their suitability based on job requirement and need
  • Provide professional advice to hiring managers and candidates to manage the expectation
  • Manage the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing and administrative components involved in full cycle recruitment
  • Develop creative recruitment solutions when experiencing difficulties in fulfillment job requirements.
  • For Senior Recruitment Consultant, to provide effective recruitment advice, guidance and solutions to team members; to assist Talent Recruitment Manager review and improve the entire recruitment process.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 years working in recruitment function.
  • Experience servicing the IT markets is highly preferred.
  • Results driven with ambition and drive.
  • PC proficiency with Microsoft Office, including the ability to use Excel to an advanced level to review.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate to people at all levels influence and negotiate fluent Cantonese is an advantage.
  • Excellent organization and prioritization skills, analytical skills and the ability to work independently.
