Part-time Programmes Assistant
Office of Global Education
(Post Ref.: 19/107/JD)

The appointee will be required to provide general clerical and reception duties such as document processing and maintaining filing systems; answering enquiries; maintaining databases and the office website; assisting in organizing activities and events; and other duties as assigned. The appointee will be required to work for around 3 to 4 days per week.

Requirements: (i) Grade E/Level 2 or above in 5 subjects in HKCEE/HKDSE including English (Syllabus B) and Chinese; (ii) good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua); (iii) high level of competence in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Chinese word processing; (iv) positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility; and (v) good liaison skills with students and teachers.

Salary and Benefits
Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
